One way in which AMBUCS supports those with disabilities is by supporting the education of therapists. This is done on a local and national level. If you are striving to become a therapist, we want to help you help others!

 

The criteria:

• You must be a US Citizen
• Demonstrate financial need
• Have a minimum GPA of 3.0
• Be a junior or senior in college or higher
• Be enrolled in an accredited program in one of the following areas:
      a. Physical therapy
      b. Occupational therapy
      c. Speech Pathology
      d. Audiology
      e. Theraputic Recreation

Scholarship grants vary between $500 and $1,500 annually. There is a two year award in the amount of $6,000. Applications are accepted from February 18th until April 15th annually.
